Registration

Those who already registered and paid their fees don’t have to do anything, as your registration remains valid. Those who already registered but haven’t paid the fees yet will soon be reminded by email that their payment is now due.

New registrations are welcome and should be made exclusively via the online form. As soon as we receive your registration form, we will send you the payment information.

The payment of the registration fees needs to be made either by bank transfer or by PayPal. Once the payment has been processed, participants will be sent a receipt in due form. The registration fees have been set as follows:

The reimbursement of registration fees for any reason will only be possible until 1 April 2022; a partial refund of 50% may be made until 1 June 2022, after which no further refunds will be made.

Scholarships

Two years ago, a number of travel grants were awarded to students, doctoral candidates or researchers who do not have access to institutional travel funding and have limited income. The 2020 list of beneficiaries of these scholarships remains valid for 2022. For budgetary reasons, however, additional scholarships won’t be awarded. The scholarships will be allocated upon arrival in Belgium.

Participants who were granted scholarships will receive them on Monday at 4 pm. (after deduction of the registration fee, if it has not yet been paid).
